Matching Training to the Task

Providing employees with the right training for the work they perform is another key component of our safety culture. Before operating equipment or performing specialized tasks, employees receive training that is specific to those responsibilities.

Equipment operators are task-trained by experienced personnel who understand both the operation of the equipment and the potential hazards involved.
